John All Barham

John All Barham (July 17, 1843 - January 22, 1926) was a U.S. Representative from California.

Born on a farm in Cass County, Missouri, Barham moved to California in 1849 with his parents, who settled in Woodland. He attended the common schools and Hesperian College in Woodland, then taught in the public schools, 1864-1876. He studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1865, commencing practice in Watsonville, San Francisco, and Santa Rosa.

Barham was elected as a Republican to the Fifty-fourth, Fifty-fifth, and Fifty-sixth Congresses (March 4, 1895-March 3, 1901). He served as chairman of the Committee on Mileage (Fifty-fifth and Fifty-sixth Congresses). He was not a candidate for renomination in 1900.

He engaged in the practice of law until his death in Santa Rosa, January 22, 1926. He was interred in Rural Cemetery.
