HD 11964c is an extrasolar planet approximately 111 light-years away in the constellation of Cetus. The planet was discovered in a close-orbit around the yellow subgiant star HD 11964, taking 1924 days to revolve around its parent sun. It has semimajor axis of 3.46 AU and semiminor axis of 3.46 AU. It has a circular orbit comparable to Jupiter and Saturn in our solar system. At periastron, the distance is 3.28 AU and at apastron, the distance is 3.64 AU. The planet's mass is about 0.77 times Jupiter.

The planet was originally discovered in summer 2005, then the planet was disproven in early January 2006. However in May 2007, the planet is now proven by taking more precise measurements of the radial velocity of the star.
