Characters

*Aki: a highschool girl, Masaya's best friend, but she doesn't realize that he is in love with her. She later falls in love with Naoya who is Masaya's twin.
*Masaya: Best friend of Aki, who is secretly in love with her. He is Naoya's twin brother, but they haven't seen each other for a long time because their parents separated and each parent took one child. He suffers a strange heart disease.
*Naoya: Masaya's twin brother. He instantly fell in love with Aki, even knowing that his brother was already in love with her. He is very protective with his brother because of his heart disease. His dream is to become a doctor in order to find the cure to Masaya's disease.
