"Entre Lajeunesse et la sagesse" is a 1980 album by Kate and Anna McGarrigle. The album is also known by the title "French Record".

The album title is a pun. "Lajeunesse" is a street name in Montreal, Quebec, but the title can also mean "between youth and wisdom".

It is considered by many fans, even those who don't speak French, to be one of the duo's best albums. The album includes several of the French songs that appeared on the sisters' earlier albums, along with a number of newly recorded tracks.
