Giles Brugge, 6th Lord of Chandos

Giles Brugge [The spelling of the last name in this instance appears as Brugge more frequently in history, but then changes with his son John to Brydges. see: [http://www.thepeerage.com/p21470.htm#i214697 thepeerage.com] or [http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/BRYDGES.htm#Thomas%20BRYDGES%20(Sir%20Knight)1 tudorplace.com.ar] ] of Cubberley, 6th Lord of Chandos (c. 1462 – 1 December, 1511) born in Cubberley, Gloucester, England. The son of Thomas Brugge, 5th Lord Chandos, and Florence Darrell. Giles married Isabel Baynham, daughter of Thomas Baynham and Alice Walwyn. He held the office of Sheriff of Gloucestershire in 1499.

#Sir John Brydges, 1st Baron Chandos of Sudeley (9 March, 1491/2 – 12 April, 1557) married Elizabeth Grey
#Thomas Brydges of Cornbury and Keinsham Abbey, Sheriff of Gloucestershire, then of Berkshire and Oxfordshire (died 14 November, 1559)
