History

Aviation Management & Development Center, “AMDC” (www.amdc.ir) (the mother company of EaseOn Air) is established by group of ex Airlines Executives and Managers with top and foremost experience in Iran and international airline business with the objective of offering top Commercial Aviation expertise services within and outside the country. One of the main objective of AMDC was to utilize the valuable expertise of those Aviation specialists available in Iran. With this in mind, after extensive study and research, it was decided to start an Airline with the Low Cost concept. The Business Plan for the Airline was prepared and with confirmation from concerned authorities, ADMC managed to obtain operations permit from Iranian CAO and officially established the very first Iranian Low Cost Airline under name of “EaseOn Air”.ADMC set the new airline “EaseOn Air” into a separate 100% private legal entity under the continued partial ownership and general supervision of ADMC, acting as a holding company.“EaseOn Air” obtained its Operational Permit from Civil Aviation Organization of Iran and has been legally registered as an Airline on 22 Nov.2005 under reference number of 259999 with its head office in Tehran.“EaseOn Air” aims to be First Iranian Low Cost Domestic and Regional Passenger Airline, operating fleet of B737 point-to-point services in a safe, regular and reliable manner

Fleet

A broad fleet study on more than 15 different aircraft type indicated that with respect to cost-effective, practicality, and social taste of Iranian air travelers, the best Low-Medium Range aircraft that will be sized right for the market and the route, leading to higher load factors, reduced costs, improved efficiency and flexibility, greater passenger comfort and satisfaction would be Boeing 737s.
