Rakhman Ould Cuash Neen (born 27 December 1983 in Nouakchott, Mauritania), is a professional goalkeeper.

The impressive performances of Mauritanian goalkeeper Rakhman Ould Cuash Neen in the Champions League and CECAFA club championships have earned him a lucrative transfer from Ethiopian side St. George to South African club SuperSport.

Stan Mathews, technical director of the South African Premier Soccer League club Supersport, confirmed that the former SC Villa custodian signed a three-year-deal last week for an undisclosed fee.

Cuash Neen has been a revelation ever since he got his first full international cap for Mauritania in the 2006 World and Africa Cup of Nations campaign.

He has also been in good form for St. George in Ethiopia where he has conceded few goals and also helped them in their 2006 MTN/Champions League campaign.
