Sir Jonathan Trelawny, 2nd Baronet (c. 1623 – 5 March 1681), of Trelawny in Cornwall was an English Member of Parliament.
He was the fourth child and eldest son of Sir John Trelawny, 1st Baronet, High Sheriff of Cornwall, and succeeded to the baronetcy on 16 February 1664.
He entered Parliament in 1660 as member for East Looe, and subsequently also represented Cornwall and Liskeard.
He married Mary Seymour, daughter of Sir Edward Seymour of Berry Pomeroy, in 1725, and their children included the following seven sons, as well as at least one daughter:

* Sir Jonathan Trelawny (1650-1721), who succeeded as the 3rd Baronet and became Bishop of Bristol, Exeter and Chichester
