DARTZ! are a three piece dance-punk group from Teesside in North East England (UK) who formed at the beginning of 2005. They are signed to Xtra Mile Recordings , and have released one album, three singles and a split 7" via Xtra Mile , as well as an EP on Sunderland based DIY micro-label Fakedream Records and a split 10" with Scottish band Stapleton on Gravity DIP. Their full length debut was also released via Deep Elm in the US.

They have recorded with illustrious producer Mark Williams, At the world famous battery studios in London (Mahumodo, Devil sold his soul, placebo, Between the screams).

They have toured with groups such as Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, Hot Club De Paris and The Rumble Strips.

Trivia

Recently, Dartz dropped the "!" so they are no longer DARTZ!
Most of DARTZ! artwork has been created by singer/songwriter Dave House.
Henry Carden of Dartz! once claimed to have caught out long term adversory Jez Myers at car park cricket. This has since been proven to have no factual basis as he was merely a spectator and not actually playing.
