Hader grew up in Nöchling in
Lower Austria and attendend the catholic secondary school inMelk . After hiscivilian service at theRed Cross he started studiying German andHistory . As a student he began working on his firstcomedy programme "Fort Geschritten". His second programme "Der Witzableiter und das Feuer" won the "Salzburger Stier" comedy award. Soon after he quit studying and wrote "Biagn oder Brechen" and "Bunter Abend".Haders programme "Privat" is one of the most successful comedies in Austrian history. His most recent show called "Hader muss weg" is more acting than comedy. He plays seven different roles using no props other than a simple
Trenchcoat and acts only through gestures, voice and facial expression.Hader starred in many different movies such as "Indien", "
