BTT

BTT stands for "Behavioral Test Technology", a testing method used in the PC memory testing industry.

In the PC memory testing, it is a very common problematic situation when a device or module, which may have passed every usual manufacturing test, but still fails in normal use. This is where BTT can be used to identify memory malfunctions that escape usual memory testing methods.

In any testing process, the hallmark of a superior tester is its ability to catch failures while optimizing the manufacturing process for the minimum testing time. BTT allows the memory test engineer to integrate the signals from the tester into a traditional test environment and provide the engineer the highest level of test correlation currently available.

BTT in portuguese it stands for "Bicicleta Todo Terreno", meaning "Mountain Biking" (MTB) in English.
