1973 ) is a leading international authority on how to expand business markets and customer bases by inspiring action within organizations. England ; at a young age he moved toJohannesburg ,South Africa , then toLondon , then toHong Kong , then settling inNew Jersey . He earned a BA degree incultural anthropology fromBrandeis University ; he attendedCity University in London with the intention of becoming a barrister, but left law school to go into advertising.He moved to New York and joined
Euro/RSCG , an ad agency, where he worked on theMCI account during a time of fierce competition in the telecom marketplace. He then joined the firmOgilvy & Mather , and was later recruited back to Euro/RSCG, where he worked on accounts forOppenheimer Funds ,MCI ,NASDAQ andDISH Network .
