Woodbine is an early-20th century estate built for Anders Rasmussen, who owned a florist business in New Albany, Indiana. Rasmussen once served as a florist for the King of Denmark. The house stayed with the family until 1945, and has gone through several hands since then. As of May 2007 it is up for sale.
The two-story house is made of stucco, brick, limestone, asphalt, and terra cotta, and with the caretaker's hut covers 4,290 square feet (398.55 square meters). The home also has a basement.
