Leila Khatami

Leila Khatami (born 1975) is a research mathematician working in commutative algebra and a daughter of former Iranian president Mohammad Khatami. She obtained her PhD in 2003 at the University of Tehran from Siamak Yassemi. She is married to Pedram Safari, also a researcher in mathematics, currently visiting Harvard University.
