Jaroslav Holík IPA2|ˈjaroslaf ˈɦoli:k (born
August 3 ,1942 inHavlíčkův Brod ,Czechoslovakia , now in theCzech Republic ) is a retired professionalice hockey player who played in theCzechoslovak Extraliga forHC Jihlava . He won a bronze medal at the1972 Winter Olympics inSapporo . He was also successful at theIce Hockey World Championships , winning gold at the1972 World Ice Hockey Championships inPrague , silver at the1965 World Ice Hockey Championships inTampere and1966 World Ice Hockey Championships inLjubljana , and bronze at the1969 World Ice Hockey Championships ,1970 World Ice Hockey Championships , both inStockholm , and1973 World Ice Hockey Championships inMoscow .After he finished his playing career, he worked as a coach. In 1999 he was inducted into the
IIHF Hall of Fame . In 2000 he led the Czech under-20 national team to the victory at the2000 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships inSweden .NHL player
