Stanislav Menshikov, born 1927, is a Russian economist. He is the author of numerous books, and co-authored, with
John Kenneth Galbraith , "Capitalism, Communism and Coexistence" in 1988. [http://post.economics.harvard.edu/faculty/galbraith/bio.html] He is married to fellow economist Larissa Klimenko-Menshikova.In the late seventies, Menshikov spent six years on the Secretariat of the
