- Vic Lundquist
Victor "Vic" Carl Lindquist (
March 22 ,1908 –November 30 ,1983 ) was anice hockey player.He was born in Gold Rock,
Ontario .Lindquist led the
Winnipeg Hockey Club , the Canadian team which won the gold medal at the1932 Winter Olympics . He played five matches and scored three goals.He was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 1997.He is also a member of the North Western Ontario sports hall of fame. He coached the Swedish national team at the 1936 Olympics and was a referee of international fame.
