Larry Bubbles Brown

Larry "Bubbles" Brown is a San Francisco based, dead pan, self-deprecating comedian and actor. He started doing stand up in San Francisco in the early 1980s and quickly rose through the ranks as one of its most popular comics. He began appearing on numerous TV shows such as "Evening at the Improv", "Make Me Laugh" and others and made his first appearance on "Late Night with David Letterman" in 1987. For several years, he was the traffic reporter on Live 105. Brown is one of the few constantly working comedians whose career has literally spanned two generations. Well into the 21st century, he is still a favorite among audience members, club owners and other comedians in the Bay Area and beyond. He's a regular at such clubs as Tommy T's, the Punchline, the Improvs and is a regular opening act for Dana Carvey and Bobby Slayton. He appeared again on the David Letterman show on July 25, 2008, setting the record for longest time in between appearances (over 20 years).
