"Queer Is Stewie?" is a cancelled episode of "Family Guy", originally to air as the Season 3 finale. It had Stewie Griffin having a near-death experience and coming out of the closet as a result. Production was shut down completely due to FOX's early cancellation of the series.cite episode

This storyline was initially meant to tie up the "loose ends" on the speculation of Stewie's sexuality. When the show was brought back for a fourth season, several old scripts and ideas were brought back, but the "Queer Is Stewie" episode idea was scrapped to allow the flexibility of Stewie's sexuality, thus making it easier for the writers to script his actions. This has led to Stewie showing signs of heterosexuality and bisexuality as opposed to strict homosexuality.
