Graphicstudio

Graphicstudio, the experimental print workshop founded by Donald J. Saff on the University of South Florida Tampa campus, produced its earliest works in 1969. With the support of then president Cecil Mackey, Saff modelled GraphicStudio after the Pratt Graphics Center, Tamarind Press, and Gemini G.E.L. The first artist to participate at GraphicStudio was Philip Pearlstein. Alumni now include Richard Anuszkiewicz, Adja Yunkers, James Rosenquist, Robert Rauschenberg, Jim Dine, Edward Ruscha, Chuck Close, Robert Mapplethorpe, Miriam Schapiro, Roy Lichtenstein, Nancy Graves, Allan McCollum, and Vik Muniz.
