Kevin Cameron (born December 15, 1979, in Joliet, Illinois) is a Major League Baseball Pitcher in the San Diego Padres organization.

Cameron is a graduate of Joliet Catholic High School. Cameron played for the Georgia Tech baseball team. [cite web|url=http://www.geocities.com/beesball/cameron.html|title=Kevin Cameron|publisher=Beesball.com|accessdate=2007-09-16] He was acquired by the San Diego Padres from the Minnesota Twins as a Rule 5 draft choice. Cameron made his major league debut on April 5, 2007. His first season was exceptional for a rookie, logging 58 innings over 48 appearances with a 2.79 ERA. However, his 36 walks over 58 innings led to some concern for the Padres coaching staff. He plays the role of a middle reliever.
