Dile was the first single from Lynda Thomas's 2nd studio album Un grito en el corazón back in 1997.It had a very bubblegum pop beat.

The video features Thomas dancing in a room filled with colored lights, Also Thomas is wearing the same light green tank top and a shiny light blue skirt of the cover of the Un grito en el corazón album.
