Background
Sacred Heart is one of six Catholic high schools in the Birmingham Diocese, serving children from pre-school to grade 12. The high school is located at the historic Fort McClellan, an Army base from 1917 - 1999. Sacred Heart purchased the base's elementary school in 1999.
