"Helicopteros Nacionales de Colombia, S. A. v. Hall", 466 U.S. 408 (1984) was a case decided by the United States Supreme Court, holding that mere purchases and other minor contacts in the United States by a non-resident corporation would not satisfy the minimum contacts test necessary to establish general in personam jurisdiction under the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
