Jack Marin (musician)

Jack Francis Marin (born September 4, 1985) is an American musician and photographer, best-known for his six-month stint playing bass guitar for pop-punk band Cute Is What We Aim For and for his photography. Marin specializes in photographing bands, his list of clientele including fellow Chicago natives Fall Out Boy, wiL Francis of Aiden, and Panic! at the Disco, among others. He is a firm believer in the straight edge movement and has been for many years.

Prior to joining Cute Is What We Aim For, Jack played bass for Chicago-based band October Fall and has been involved with many of personal friend Pete Wentz's entrepreneurial endeavors. In the winter of 2006, Marin served as tour manager for the band Panic at the Disco on the Truckstops and Statelines tour. The same year, Marin managed Hellogoodbye while on tour with the Vans Warped Tour.

Marin has since left Cute Is What We Aim For due to personal conflicts with the band and is currently continuing to pursue his career as a professional photographer.
