16 December 1977 ,Cardiff ) is a Welsh footballer. A centre-half, he joined Cardiff City from Merthyr before moving on to Exeter and Oxford. In May 2007 he joined Newport County from Weston-super-Mare. In September 2007 he was named the Conference South Player of the Month. However, despite Newport narrowly missing out on the promotion play-offs and winning the 2008FAW Premier Cup final, Jarman was released by Newport at the end of the 2007-08 season.External links
