The Ghost of a Thousand is an English five-piece hardcore punk band from Brighton.

Description

Their debut album, "This is Where the Fight Begins", was recorded by Sam Burden. It was mixed by Kurt Ballou of Converge and was awarded 5 K's in Kerrang! magazine. The band toured in 2007 with Zico Chain and Flood of Red in a rotating headline tour, Gallows, Alexisonfire as well as many more. "This is Where the Fight Begins" was rated #11 in Rock Sound's albums of the year. In 2007 the band played Reading and Leeds Festivals on the Lock Up Stage where they opened on Sunday. In Kerrang!'s top 20 albums of the Year, "This is Where the Fight Begins", came 6th.

A video has been created for the song "Black Art Number One" and was released December 2007
