Khichad (Hindi :खीचड़/खीचड) is gotra of Jats found inJhunjhunu ,Churu ,Nagaur ,Ganganagar ,Hanumangarh andSikar districts inRajasthan state inIndia . About origin of the gotra theory is that there was a king in Haryana who had three sons. One was
Khichar , another wasMahla & third one wasKulhari . These sons came to Rajasthan. Mahlas settled in a place called Bhalaria inJhunjhunu . From there they migrated to other places in Rajathan.
