Glover House

Glover House was the childhood home of Thomas Blake Glover the Aberdonian who built the Japanese conglomerate Mitsubishi. It is located at; 79 Balgownie Road, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, Scotland.

It is open to the public as a restored Victorian house, with the small museum telling the story of Glover.

*The home where he was born in Fraserburgh was destroyed by World War II bombing, however a blue plaque marks the site of his birth.
*Glover's residences in Nagasaki has been turned into a museum, with the Glover Garden (グラバー園) house in Nagasaki attracting two million visitors each year.
*Glover also had a home in the Shiba Park area of Tokyo.
