Al Carrell

Al Carrell is a columnist, author, radio personality, and home construction/improvement expert. Carrell's column runs in over 250 newspapers in the U.S. He has written six books including “The Super Handyman’s Encyclopedia of Home Repair Hints”. His most recent book is called “The Super Handyman’s Home Care Almanac”

Carrell was a spokesman for the Home Depot in its early days from its creation in 1979 up until the early 90s. While no longer the company spokesman, Carrell's subsequent endeavors are still often sponsored by Home Depot
