Basque Country

The Southern Basque Country (Basque: "Hegoalde" or "Hego Euskal Herria") consists of the Basque Country (autonomous community) and Navarre. It is under the jurisdiction of Spain. Basque nationalism is much stronger in the south than in the Northern Basque Country.
