First published at age 17, Fenster became the youngest known travel writer to pen an adult-oriented guidebook. Fenster later graduated from the
University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce in 1999.He currently resides in Las Vegas, where he works in the field of casino marketing.

Fenster's most recent book is "Open Road's Best of Las Vegas" (ISBN 1593600836), co-authored by gambling guru
Avery Cardoza and first published in December 2006. This book provides itineraries of varying lengths for travelers seeking specific types of vacation experiences, such as a couples' getaway, a family vacation or a vintage Vegas experience.
