Ursinus College , he served as an assistant coach at Penn, Philadelphia University, Monsignor Bonner High School & Springfield High School. He has been at Cornell since September 2000.On March 1, 2008 Donahue's Cornell team defeated the Harvard Crimson to win the
Ivy League championship for the first time since 1988 and just the second title in program history. Donahue will be making his first trip to the NCAA tournament as a head coach in March 2008.
