User-Generated Reality

User-Generated Reality

User-Generated Reality (UGR) is a media category that connects the user-generated content community with virtual communications software combining video, animation and instant messaging. Users can broadcast video over IM services such as MSN, Yahoo and Skype as well as YouTube, MySpace and FaceBook. UGR is now expanding to interactive TV where audience participation is growing in popularity and will allow for the insertion of viewer content into live or taped TV programming.
