Taylor Rhodes is an American songwriter and musician most notable for his work with hard rock band
Aerosmith since 1993.Although his appearances as a collaborator on Aerosmith songs have been relatively few, most of the songs on which he has collaborated on have all turned out to be singles.
*In 1993, he co-wrote the big hit "
Cryin' " withSteven Tyler and Joe Perry. The song was Aerosmith's biggest single from the "Get a Grip " album, reaching #12 on theBillboard Hot 100 and #1 on theMainstream Rock Tracks chart.*In 1994, he co-wrote the hit "
Blind Man " with Tyler and Perry for the compilaton "Big Ones ". "Blind Man" reached #48 on theBillboard Hot 100 , #3 on theMainstream Rock Tracks chart, and #23 on theUK Singles Chart .*In 1997, he collaborated with Steven Tyler in writing the ballad "Full Circle" for the album "Nine Lives". The song was released as a single, but didn't make a significant impact on the charts.
* Taylor also co-wrote the
Celine Dion hit "Where Does My Heart Beat Now " and theOzzy Osbourne hit "Back On Earth" and many others, as well as songs in commercials, movies, and television.
