Pandanadu (Pandavar Nadu) falls in Chengannur Tehsil in Alappuzha Zilla, in Kerala, India. Pancha Pandava Temples(Load Vishnu) are situated Around this place ,(Trichittattu(Made by Udeeshthira), Tripuliyoor(Made by Bheema), Tiruaranmula(Made by Arjuna), Thruvanvandoor(Made by Nakula). Famous Pandavan Para is about 3km east of Pandanadu. Pandanadu is divided in two (Pandanad North & Pandanad) by the holy river Pampa.

More than 99 % of them are literate. Most of the people are farmers. The place can be accessible by road, it is about 4km from Chengannur and 4km from Mannar.

The main cultivation is Paddy & Coconut. You can find pepper, banana, tapioca and coconut trees which are typical throughout Kerala. Pandanadu has 3 Palliyodams (Snake Boats) owned by different "Karas" (locality) viz Keezhuvanmazhy, Vanmazhy and Muthavazhy. Keezhuvanmazhy palliyodam was awarded the mannam trophy in 1996 aranmula utharattati boat race.There are many schools like Swami Vivekanda High School, M.A.M School, Govt JBS, Keezhuvanmazhy and Pryar.

Hard working farmers ensure the area is covered with lush vegetation. The main vegetation occurs due to paddy which covers 50% of the area. Coconut trees and other plants can also be found here.
