TRN TV is an entertainment channel broadcast from United Kingdom and can be watched from as far as the astra coverage. Although this channel is not on any EPG it can be added to your channel list by programming the frequency into your decoder.

Premiere screenings

With different programming came greater confidence and bigger budgets, and the channel began to rely more and more heavily on premiere screenings of US series, many of them from the Fox Network in the United States. A show that has always been a hit was "The Simpsons", which has been showing on TRN ever since it started.

Type of programming

TRN currently airs The Simpsons, Family Guy and Prison Break as its main series shows. LOST used to be aired on the channel until recently when Sky One managed to get the exclusive first run rights to "Lost" for Season 3 and 4, after successfully outbidding Channel 4 and TRN.

Collaborations with TRN Music

TRN DJ started airing on 28th January 2007 at 12am. It ran from 12am till 4am daily showing music videos from past and present in high-definition. It has since been changed to air on weekends at 12pm till 1pm and 12am to 1am.

The channel started broadcasting 16:9 widescreen programmes in their original format in September 2005 however still shows certain programming in 4:3 even when there are widescreen sources.
