Commissioned: 1920 Struck: 1960 General characteristics Displacement: 56 tons NMS Smeul was a torpedo boat which served in the Romanian Royal Navy. Former Austro-Hungarian Tb 83 F. In 1944-45 served in the Soviet Navy as Toros, then returned to Romania.
