Fred Nassiri

Fred Nassiri, is an international songwriter, recording artist and philanthropist, and is dedicated to spreading a message of peace, love and healing through music. His songs are an eclectic mix of melodies, which transcend all ages, genders and religions to bring love, peace, hope and unity to the world. Immigrating to United States at an early age, Nassiri’s drive and passion was well received. His successful business ventures as a fashion magnate and real estate mogul soon made him a very prosperous man. Nassiri Inc. became one of the top three-ranked wholesalers of apparel in the country and his property investments proved very lucrative.

An incredibly successful entrepreneur and recognized member of society left him with tremendous success financially, yet a remarkable void emotionally. He set out on his search for enlightenment; a continuing pursuit of life’s meaning through meditation and discipline. He sought out master gurus from all over the world and studied Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Sufism, Kabala, and other philosophies. After years of research, Nassiri gained a deeper understanding of what is truly important in the universe.

Rekindling his childhood dream, Nassiri found the best way to express the lessons he learned from his studies was through songwriting and music. Nassiri wrote hundreds of songs and poems, each with an intrinsic message of universal hope and love.

Nassiri's title track and debut album, entitled "Loves Sees No Color," is an original compilation that speaks musically, lyrically and spiritually to the common bonds of the races of the earth. Love, hope and unity are the recurring themes of the songs that resonate with the instruments and rhythms of countless cultures and musical genres. The lyrics for his debut world peace anthem “Love sees no Color” are actually the culmination of all he has learned, narrowed down into a few incredibly powerful words:

“Love sees no color, no race, no religion/We are the same as the rays of the sun/ Love sees no color, no race, no religion/ Only through love can we live as one.” He began Nassiri Music LLC, to promote his idea that “Music is a universal force. If it is positive it can heal society as a whole.”

As a visionary, advocate and artist, Nassiri has been recognized locally, regionally nationally and internationally for his work spreading the message of peace. His efforts on "Love Sees No Color," the anthem for World Peace, Nassiri received a Congressional Certificate of Recognition and a Certificate from the State of Nevada.

Nassiri’s has many who support his efforts including Nobel Prize winners, Nelson Mandela and Kim De Jung, Vice Premier of Israel, Shimon Peres, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

On January 25th Nassiri went to Washington D.C. to meet with Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid to discuss peace overseas. Nassiri has been an active mediator between Israel and Palestine. He met with Vice Premier Shimon Peres, as well as Palestinian authorities. He has also recently visited Iran and is in conversation with Dr. Mostafa Rahmani of the Interest Section of the Iranian Embassy and spoke with Iranian UN Representative Javad Zarif as well.

The South African Parliament honored Nassiri for the message of his "Love Sees No Color" CD and music video and adopted the song as an anthem for world peace.

Nassiri also met with world icon and former President, Nelson Mandela and shared his plans to launch a worldwide peace movement. He performed his famous birthday song for Mr. Mandela’s 88th birthday.

Nevada School District officials have already implemented the tolerance lessons of “Love Sees No Color” into their curriculum. He also has plans under construction for a “Nassiri World Peace Scholarship”.

In an effort to promote worldwide peace and healing through music, Nassiri is currently finishing the fourth leg of his World Peace tour in New York City where his is wrapping up production on his World Peace Cinematic. The video spans 17 countries, sung in 15 different languages, with 16 directors and a cast of thousands. Nassiri will debut his amazing World Peace Cinematic at Cannes Film Festival May 2007.

A unique performer with a positive message, Nassiri is dedicated to spreading love, peace, understanding and unity through music. The focus of Nassiri's mission is peace.
