Author Stan Zielinski (1932 - ) is best known for his seminal work "Saint Bernards from the Stoan Perspective" (ISBN 978-1577790136). He and his St. Bernard dogs have appeared on "Animal Planet" and other television programs, and are renowned for their work as weight-pulling teams. Since 1965, Zielinski has bred more than 100 AKC champion St. Bernards.
