Joshua Alcala is a Filipino footballer currently playing for Austin Aztex U23 in the USL Premier Development League. He can play either as a midfielder or as a striker.

Alcala attended the University of South Carolina, playing for the Gamecocks between 2002 and 2006, and played for the Austin Lightning of the United Soccer League's Premier Development League, before turning pro in 2007 with the expansion side Crystal Palace Baltimore in 2007. Alcala made 19 appearances, and scored 3 goals for Palace, before being waived at the end of the season.
