Jim Cherneski is an American soccer player-manager. He currently manages Crystal Palace Baltimore of the USL Second Division along with Pete Medd. As of April 2007, Cherneski is the second youngest manager in the USL Second Division, aged just 33.

Cherneski is a former teammate and captain of Pete Medd at Towson University and has prior experience of playing in the USL, with Baltimore Bays, Eastern Shore Sharks, New Hampshire Phantoms, Rhode Island Stingrays and Worcester Kings.
