Iain Priestley

Iain Martin Priestley is a first class cricketer who played 2 matches for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1989. He also played for Yorkshire Second XI from 1986 to 1990.

A right arm medium fast bowler, he took a fine 4 for 27 on debut against Nottinghamshire CCCin May at Headingley but didn't score a run as Yorkshire lost by an innings in 2 days. He took 0 for 73 against Northamptonshire CCC a couple of weeks later, and scored 2 and 23 at number 11 as Yorkshire went down by 6 wickets. Despite this bright start he was unable to force his way back into the side.

He was born on September 25, 1967 in Horsforth, Yorkshire.
