V-me (pronounced veh-meh) is a Spanish-language television network, available nationwide via basic satellite and in selected areas via digital broadcast and cable.

V-me is distributed in basic digital cable and as a digital broadcast in 33+ markets including Chicago, Denver, Fresno, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Orlando, Sacramento, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, Tucson and more. Nationally the network can be seen via satellite television on DirecTV channel 440 and Dish Network channel 9414.

The name "V-me" comes from the Spanish veme, meaning "see me".

V-me's programming includes kids, parenting, cooking, home, travel. lifestyle, nature, science, history, music, news and current affairs, miniseries, sports and Latin Cinema.

The channel is owned by V-me Media, Inc., a partnership of New York City PBS member station WNET and private investors, led by Syncom Venture Partners and The Baeza Group.

As of May 15, 2008, the Nielsen company verified that the network is carried in 50% of all US Hispanic homes (6 Million out of the 12 million total US Hispanic TV Households).
