Rip Radcliff

Raymond Allen Radcliff (born January 19, by|1906 in Kiowa, Oklahoma and died May 23, by|1962 in Enid, Oklahoma) was a Major League Baseball outfielder and first baseman. He played mainly for the Chicago White Sox, but also played for the St. Louis Browns and the Detroit Tigers. His best season came in by|1942 when he batted .342 and finished 9th in AL MVP voting.
