Ho Chi Minh City International University

International University is a university in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a member university of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. The university was established in 1995 when Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City was reorganized. The education programs in this university is taught mainly in English language. The students who wish to enter this university must participate in an entry exam, like other universities in Vietnam. Besisdes, they also have to go through an English test or have to get a TOEFL or TOEIC or equivalent English certificates as required by US universities. The university have education partnerships with some universities in UK. Faculities staffs here come from several prestigous universities worldwide. The education here is implemented in cooperation with University of Nottingham, University of West of England, Auckland University of Technology. Diploma may be issued by National University or by its partners. University level education of: Computer Science and Engineering, Bio-technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineerings, Business Administration. Students may learn 2 years in this university and 2 or 3 graduate years overseas. The tuition fee is higher than that in other Vietnamese universities due to the quality of education. Besides, International University students usually have the lectures with at least fifty percent foreign professors from famous University in UK and US such as University of Nottingham , University of West England, University of Ohio.
