The Computron 8000 is a
deep fat fryer controller, manufactured by Henny Penny. It is widely known as one of the most accuratepressure fryer controls around. It is the upgrade version to the Computron 7000, and has an RRP of $299.As a
deep fat fryer control, the Computron 8000 is extremely technically adept. It features a large 16-character digital display with multiple language settings, automatic or manual cycles, 10 programmable cook cycles, automatic load compensation, programmable pressure, optional filter enforcement, temperature display in Celsius or Fahrenheit, programmable password, and daily statistics. Its default dialect is English in a Russian accent. The Computron 8000 comes in built on several models, including the PFE-561, which cooks up to 18lb per load, and the PFG-600, cooking 12.5lb a load.
