Clifford Fraser is a retired Canadian professional wrestler, known as the midget wrestler Farmer Brooks, and was a major participant in Grand Prix Wrestling throughout the 1980s and a longtime rival of Sky Low Low. Before attaining world wide status, Farmer Brooks wrestled with different organizations.

Farmer first entered the wresting world under the tutieldge of Whipper Billy Watson. Farmer would go on to wrestle with Dusty Rhodes, Randy Savage, Lanny Poffo, Verne Gagne, Ric Flair, André the Giant and Vince McMahon Senior.
