Goutami Express

Goutami Express is a train running from the town of Kakinada to the Secunderabad junction. It is named after the River Goutami, a tributary to the River Godavari.

Recently, as of July, 2008: Goutami Express supposedly short-circuited and caused a fire during a night trip. Those wakened by the sounds escaped by pulling the emergency chain to slow down the train. However, the people who remained asleep are considered to be dead or missing.
