Steve Endacott

Steve Endacott, is a British travel entrepreneur and concept inventor. Endacott is currently the CEO of the On Holiday Group, which includes B2B companies such as HolidayBrokers and LowCost Packages; and B2C companies such as Holiday Nights, On Holiday and Flight & Hotel.

Career

Endacott has a high profile career at directorship level in some of the UK’s largest tour operating groups since the age of 25.

A career spanning financial controller of International Leisure Group to Deputy Chief Operating Officer of MYTravel Plc has seen Steve hold directorship over finance, yield management, marketing, contracting, overseas operations and sales, as well as latterly being Group MD UK Tour Operations and Distribution, responsible for Airtours, Panorama Direct Holidays and Going Places at MYTravel.

Entrepreneur

Endacott has also had an entrepreneurial career having started and built a number of businesses, including call centre retailer Holidays by Phone and technology company Click With Technology Ltd from scratch.It is this combination of tour operating, high street retail, call centre and technology experience that has shaped the vision of dynamic packaging that the On Holiday Group plans to develop in partnership with the UK retail trade.
